Yellow panel dividers will be similar to the structures used for poster presentations. Location and placement of posters may not be exact to those displayed in the photo above.

An example classroom for Saturday and Sunday talks (seats approx. 30) :


All classrooms are equipped with a desktop computer, projector and speakers. It is strongly recommended to use the computers in each classroom and transfer your slides via USB. There may be compatability issues with your personal computer and the classroom projector or network. Please prepare a back up plan, just in case!
