Pre-Conference Timeline

May 31st: Call for speaker and poster proposals deadline.
Early July:  Speakers and posters will be notified on whether or not their proposal was accepted.
End of July:  The preliminary Conference Programme and Schedule will be posted online.
End of August: Online registration for the conference will be available.  All speakers and poster presenters must register online. 
October 31st: Deadline for speakers and poster presenters to register online.  Otherwise your presentation will be considered a "no show" and cancelled.
Novmeber 16th: Deadline for delegates to register online in order to obtain a badge at the door.  Walk-ins will be accepted after this date. A badge will be made for you upon your arrival at the registration desk.
