Plenary Speakers

 

Marjorie Rosenberg has been teaching general and business English for 35 years in Graz, Austria working for the University of Graz, the Styrian Teacher Training College, as well as with in-service teachers and corporate clients. She has published with Cambridge University Press, Pearson, National Geographic Cengage, Delta and Wayzgoose Press. Marjorie was the Chair of TEA (Teachers of English in Austria) and is the IATEFL President.

Stephen Ryan has been involved in language education for over 25 years. He is a professor in the School of Culture, Media and Society at Waseda University,Tokyo. His research and publications cover various aspects of psychology in language learning, with his most recent books being The Psychology of the Language Learner Revisited, co-authored with Zoltán Dörnyei (Routledge) and Exploring Psychology in Language Learning and Teaching, co-authored with Marion Williams and Sarah Mercer (Oxford University Press).

Marie-Hélène Fasquel-Erhart is an English literature teacher at the American OIB ((Option Internationale du Baccalauréat) section of Lycée International Nelson Mandela in Nantes as well as an ICT and teacher trainer. She was awarded with the Innovation Prize at the UNESCO Forum in 2013 and the Barcelona Global Forum in March 2014. She has been a Microsoft Expert Educator and eTwinning ambassador for several years. She is a 2017 finalist for the Global Teacher Prize. Marie-Hélène is a regular presenter at
colloquia and webinars, has authored and co-authored five books, including “Anglais - Compréhension et expression écrites’’ (Ellipses) and is currently working on her next book about her teacher's experience.

Registration fees

0,00€ - All current members (individual or institutional), guests, up to 2 stand representatives per publisher, and plenaries.
49,00€ - All non-members and memberships that have lapsed.
27,00€ - For students, retired and unemployed individuals (a photocopy of the proof of this status is absolutely required upon arriving at the Colloquium otherwise you will be charged 49,00€. We are unable to make any exceptions). This membership payment includes automatic membership into TESOL France if you wish.
30,00€ - All speakers and poster presenters. This does NOT include membership to TESOL France. If you are a speaker and wish to join TESOL France you will be charged 49,00€.

Reimbursement
TESOL France is not able to reimburse speaker fees or registration fees for speakers and delegates cancelling their participation. Thank you for your understanding.

Attending sessions is not permitted prior to registering at the door and collecting your badge.
 

Important Payment information:

Registration fee payments can be made by:
  • Online credit card payment (advised)
  • Wire transfer carried out more than 4 days in advance of the conference.
  • Cash in euros (upon arrival at the conference).
  • Cheque (only drawn from a French bank account) upon arrival at the conference.
We strongly advise you pay your Colloquium registration fee before arriving to the event using our online secured credit card payment modality or wire transfer. Attending delegates can pay their registration fee in cash upon arriving at the conference in November but this slows down the registration process. Cash-paying delegates will be given a cash form to fill out. Upon payment at the door, delegates will be given a receipt if requested.
