Room Setup in Lille
This page is mainly to help give speakers at the 2019 colloquium in Lille an idea for what the rooms will be like for your talks.
- There are no computers in the room. However, we will have a few laptops available for those who need one. These extra laptops will be limited, so if you already know that you need one for your talk, please let us know asap.
- Wi-Fi will be available during the conference. Those details coming soon.
- All rooms have a projector, speakers, whiteboard, and paperboard. Whiteboard markers will also be available if needed.
- The rooms have both VGA and HDMI cables that connect to a projector. You must provide your own adapter for those connections.
- There will be a team of technical helpers (Skema Business School students) who will be there if you need any assistance.
